Founded by highly skilled beauty therapist Joanne and beauty professional Amanda, our story is one of passion, ambition, and the determination of two hardworking mothers.
United by fate, Joanne and Amanda have transformed JoJo’s Beauty Within from a shared dream into a beautifully designed reality. Evolving from the early days in Joanne’s home-based setup to opening our beautiful modern salon in the heart of Bridgend town centre in 2020. Our business journey reflects Joanne and Amanda’s boundless passion and dedication.
Our mission from the start has been clear – to offer the highest quality beauty treatments and create a haven of calm where you’re invited to indulge, pamper, and spoil yourself.
Now, with the addition of Jojo and A’s Beauty Within Beauty Academy to our repertoire, our journey of beauty continues. 
THE JOURNEY
Year 1
In the first year of our ambitious journey, Joanne and Amanda, the company directors and driving forces behind JoJo’s Beauty, are laser-focused on laying the foundation for a high-quality beauty training academy. Working from our established salon, we’re not just teaching technical skills but also preparing our students for the real world. As well as mastering skills, we’re giving students insight into how the beauty business works. Our emphasis is on professional beauty treatment courses to equip our students with the expertise they’ll need in the evolving beauty industry.
Year 2
Moving into our second year, Jojo and A’s Beauty Within Training Academy within our salon flourishes. We’re expanding our course offerings, catering for diverse specialties that meet the needs of aspiring beauty professionals. The positive response fuels our drive toward our ultimate goal – a dedicated beauty school right in the heart of Bridgend town centre, South Wales. Joanne and Amanda drive our commitment to providing a unique educational experience, actively engaging with the local community to share our vision.
Year 3
Year three is a game-changer as Jojo and A’s Beauty Within Training Academy takes a giant leap, establishing a standalone beauty school in Bridgend town centre. Joanne Keefe and Amanda Sutton’s dream becomes reality with a school that offers a comprehensive range of courses, seamlessly blending salon experience with professional beauty training. It quickly becomes more than just a school – it’s a hub for aspiring beauty professionals and a safe space encouraging creativity, innovation, and a tight-knit community. Jojo and A’s Beauty Within Training Academy symbolises our dedication to shaping the future of beauty education in South Wales.
